Shipping policy

Evan Wood Giles currently offers free shipping on all products. 

All orders are shipped with Fedex from the Evan Wood Giles studio in Brooklyn, New York. Standard shipping is approximately 3-5 business days. Please note that the aforementioned transit times are provided by Fedex and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Evan Wood Giles will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of Evan Wood Giles.

 

Carrier Loss
Evan Wood Giles will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.

 

Shipping Damages
Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.
